Key Grip

The Key Grip is in charge of camera movement and placement, as well as building and maintaining camera rigging. They work closely with the director of photography (DP) to ensure that the camera is positioned and moved in the desired way. The key grip should have a good understanding of camera rigging and movement, as well as strong technical skills. They must be able to work quickly and efficiently, as camera rigging can be time-consuming to set up.
